We want you to feel at home with us as we worship,

We offer several types of worship
services in order for everyone to worship at a service
that best fits their needs. A hearing assistance system
is available in the sanctuary. Large print service
folders are available in all services. |

Patterned after
the historic morning service of Matins, but
using Psalms and songs (both new and old) in
various musical settings. Holy Communion

Gymnasium |
|
|
|
A service of
contemporary music, drama and visuals to
complement the messages. Holy Communion is
celebrated on the second and fourth Sundays of
the month. |

Third Sunday - Children's Church |
|
Children's Church with the
Giggles & Praise puppets meets on the
third Sunday of each month during the 11:00 a.m. worship
services. This puppet ministry is an exciting and fresh
Bible experience for children ages three through 4th
grade. (Younger children are welcome if accompanied by a
parent.) Children gather with their parents in either
of the 11:00 a.m. services and are dismissed at an
appropriate during the services to follow a guide to the
Children’s Loft for this service. |

Worship Assistance for Young Children |
|
A “worship bag” with crayons and pictures
to color are available in a basket located in the foyer
of each worship service your young children. Please
return the “worship bag” at the end of the service so it
can be prepared for use in the next service. |
|
|
|
Nursery During Worship |
|
A nursery for children
under 30 months of age, which is located off the
sanctuary foyer. Parents are asked to sign in each child
and have an appropriate snack for your child. |
|
|
|
Children are
Welcome in Worship Services |
|
Children learn to worship by being with their parents and older
siblings. However, we ask that parents give consideration to the
worship of others when children become overly vocal or restless. Should
your child become restless and need to leave the worship area, you are
welcome to take your child to the foyer area for time to settle down.
If your child is of the appropriate age, you may take him to the church
nursery. Should you need any other assistance, both ushers and elders
in the foyer will be happy to assist you. |

on CD or DVD |
|
CDs
and DVDs of various worship services are available. These recordings are duplicated by our volunteers
and mailed on Monday mornings. See the
"Order Form" for details. |

Hearing Assistance |
|
For
those with difficulty hearing, we offer a "hearing assistance" system.
The system delivers the sound directly to a small headphone. The
headphone can be obtained from one of the ushers. |

Visual
Assistance |
|
We
offer large print bulletins for those that might need them. Please
request one from the ushers. |
|
|

|
Other Worship
Services |
|
Our
church observes the various liturgical seasons and Christian festivals
with special services. During both the season of Advent and Lent,
Wednesday services are held. Services are held on specific days during
Holy Week of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, along with the observance
Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Please check the church calendar for the specific times and places of
these services. |
